About the role

  • Maintain the overall health, configuration, and usability of the HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop and refine processes, ensuring the system evolves with the needs of the business.
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics used for business decisions.
  • Establish and train the team on CRM best practices.
  • Perform regular data-quality checks on contacts, companies, deals, and properties.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date pricing sheets and ensure accuracy across internal documentation.
  • Assist in defining, documenting, and improving sales processes and internal best practices.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads.
  • Own lead distribution through round-robin assignments.
  • Manage forms, workflows, and integrations.
  • Oversee access, usage, and training for call recording and analysis.
  • Serve as a point person for internal IT questions related to system access, login issues, and tool permissions.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new Sales hires.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Sales Administration role.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support team members.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
  • Experience with Jotform, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Slack, and other sales technologies.
  • Experience supporting a SaaS or technology-focused sales team.
  • Understanding of basic sales processes and funnel metrics.
