Product Manager

• Own product strategy and roadmap execution for feature development and AI model improvements across one or more on-market products
• Partner closely with machine learning engineers, data teams, and clinical advisors to guide model development, validation, and deployment including: Defining training objectives and success metrics. Understanding and guiding tradeoffs based on model performance data (precision/recall, etc.). Prioritizing improvements based on clinical impact and customer value.
• Spreadsheet analysis and modeling
• Development and maintenance of scripts that shape the AI model results into actionable product results
• Partner closely with user experience designers and workflow engineers to translate complex clinical and technical requirements into intuitive, efficient end-to-end user workflows
• Gather and develop materials for the transfer of information to sales, support, and integration teams
• Own relationships with development partners to drive product initiatives by gathering key inputs from partners and being responsive to partner requests
• Evaluate product performance using customer feedback, deployment experience, product metrics, and support trends
• Support validation and regulatory efforts by contributing to study design, performance documentation, intended-use definitions, and partner-facing materials
• Maintain ISO-compliant product development documentation

Sales Development Rep

• Prospecting via email outreach to our existing database of contacts, research and build your own target customer lists, some outbound calling.
• Prospecting via inbound calls.
• Reactivate clients via phone calls and emails who have become inactive or switched service providers.
• Ability to master product knowledge and speak confidently with customers to answer questions and convey sales information and close customers.
• Ability to develop relationships quickly over the phone with clients and industry professionals
• Follow-up on and maintain leads to keep them moving through the sales funnel.
• Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to generate sales revenue.
• Create and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Represent our company’s products and services by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding to show how our solutions meet customer’s needs.
• Manage and update Techcyte’s CRM system with detailed information throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the product and support teams at Sporecyte / Techcyte to resolve customer issues.

• Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences
• Use research findings to inform design decisions and validate design solutions
• Develop site maps, user flows, and navigation structures to create a logical and intuitive user experience
• Organize content and functionality in a way that enhances usability and findability
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions
• Define and document interaction patterns and design guidelines for consistent user experiences
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Collect and analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on test results
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and visual designers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions
• Collaborate on defining product requirements, feature prioritization, and design specifications
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the product development process
