About the role

  • Manage the pre-sales cycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, proposal development, client negotiations, and successful deal closure.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client and project team.
  • Ensure smooth execution, client training, and project success.
  • Develop Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), UML diagrams, and solution architecture documents.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft tailored solutions.
  • Lead presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions.
  • Create detailed proposals outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective solution adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in a Developer Lead, Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager role, with 3+ years in the U.S. market.
  • Hands-on experience in custom application development, particularly on AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Node.js, Python, React.js, Next.js, React Native, Flutter, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, DynamoDB, Serverless Architecture, and Microservices.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. Government and State regulations in areas like financial compliance, AML, KYC, digital identity verification, investor verification, payment processing (ACH, Credit Card), cryptocurrency regulations, taxation laws, healthcare, fintech, and privacy laws.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Ability to create and manage BRS, SRS, UML diagrams, and solution architecture documentation.
  • Proven success in leading pre-sales efforts and closing deals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Agile environments, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Preferred: PMP certification or similar project management credentials.
