About the role
- Origination and activation of institutional liquidity flow across APAC.
- Structuring and negotiating liquidity agreements involving spreads, markups, execution frameworks, and credit considerations.
- Protecting long-term margin while remaining commercially competitive.
- Acting as the commercial bridge between institutional clients and internal liquidity, risk, and executive teams.
- Driving scalable and recurring volume-based revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in institutional B2B financial markets, ideally within FX, CFD, or digital asset liquidity distribution.
- Strong understanding of financial market structure, trading infrastructure, and liquidity-driven revenue models.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and long-term trust with institutional decision-makers.
- Advanced negotiation capability in structuring commercial terms, pricing, and liquidity agreements.
- High level of commercial discipline with structured pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
- Self-directed, performance-driven, and accountable for measurable revenue outcomes.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred.
