About the role

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers: Identify customer project plans and market needs, and convert these needs into orders.
  • Develop brand agents and establish brand sales channels.
  • Expand the sales network by developing OEM customers.
  • Understand market product standards and demand trends: Conduct necessary market research regularly and promptly feedback industry dynamics and market information.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market and customer opportunities into actual results.
  • Conduct business negotiations with customers: Establish and maintain stable customer relationships.
  • Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve major after-sales issues: Promote internal solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English as the working language.
  • At least 2 years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, especially in energy storage products, photovoltaic (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and system integration.
  • Proven business development experience: Familiar with the characteristics and competitive landscape of the new energy market in at least one specific region.
  • Mature working methods: Able to carry out business independently, with strong market analysis and judgment capabilities.
  • Strong pressure resistance and execution ability.
  • Good professional ethics: Meticulous and rigorous work attitude, strong learning ability.
