About the role
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and business goals.
- Prepare and deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, value-driven solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare accurate technical documentation.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and project teams to design feasible solutions.
- Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle, including proof-of-concept (POC) setup and support.
- Analyze customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve offerings.
- Stay up to date on product features, market trends, and competitor solutions.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by ensuring a smooth handover to implementation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (depending on the industry: SaaS, cloud, software, networks, APIs, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to explain complex solutions in simple, business-focused language.
- Experience preparing proposals, demos, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
