Key responsibilities & impact

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and finance tasks for clients
Transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, reconciliations
Organize daily tasks in Karbon, the practice management system
Interact with clients to answer specific questions
Ask questions of your team when unsure about tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
College degree required
Proficiency in cloud accounting technologies with at least 3 years running payroll
2+ years in QBO, BILL, Gusto or other payroll software
Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients
Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
Humility and openness to coaching and critiques
Keen attention to detail
Joy and a positive attitude in all communications internally and externally
Persistence and an ability to politely remind others to stay on track
