Manage, coach and develop a high-performing, global consultancy team
Foster strong connections with partners, peers, and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve business goals
Understand customer needs, guide technical solutions, and ensure a great experience from first conversation to long-term adoption
Turn customer insights into feedback that helps guide product development and roadmaps
Present and demonstrate Tech Soft 3D software connecting technical capabilities to customer value
Create compelling content for sales proposals and contribute to engaging marketing materials
Stay current on technology and market changes affecting or enhancing products
Partner with the Sr. Director of Partner Development to refine tools, processes and workflows
Build positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative high-performing team environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computing, product design, physics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
10+ years’ experience working in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors, either as an end-user or within the CAD/PLM/PDM software ecosystem
Previous people management experience
Solid understanding of 3D geometry and CAD
A track record of success in pre-sales and technical support
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex customer relationships and technical challenges
Ability to travel occasionally
