About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations.
Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models.
Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes.
Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
Support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities.
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams.
Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–9 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Master Data Management.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support.

Experience in configuring:
