About the role
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements related to transportation management
- Design and implement SAP TM solutions to meet client needs
- Provide guidance and support to clients in all aspects of SAP TM, including configuration, testing, and training
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP TM
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP TM updates and developments
- Work closely with other team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM implementation and support
