About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot engagements for enterprise customers.
- Partner with sales teams throughout the technical evaluation process to drive successful customer outcomes.
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell engagements with strategic partners, including AWS and Okta.
- Support customer integrations, technical evaluations, and implementation discussions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements, feedback, and implementation challenges.
- Help transition successful enterprise pilots into signed customer engagements.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role supporting enterprise software.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience leading proof-of-concepts, pilot programs, technical evaluations, or customer demonstrations.
- Experience supporting customer integrations and technical evaluations.
- Understanding of identity, security, or infrastructure technologies.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills with experience leading technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
