About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Capture and document current-state payroll workflows, translating SME knowledge into clear, build-ready requirements
Define and document variance threshold rules and checklist logic in collaboration with internal payroll stakeholders
Develop functional and technical requirements for:
Variance Detection
Checklist Validation and Case Management
Track project progress, maintain status reporting, and communicate updates to executive stakeholders
Coordinate UAT efforts and support pilot close activities
Create SOPs and runbooks to support operational handoff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong business analysis experience including requirements gathering, process documentation, and use case definition
Project management experience including milestone tracking, risk logging, and stakeholder communication
Technical fluency with the ability to work closely with engineers and translate between business and technical teams
