Design, build, validate, and optimize a new laboratory ecosystem for the client.
Execute a comprehensive laboratory system transformation to implement Epic Beaker and replace legacy systems.
Work on critical blood bank migrations and analyze laboratory workflows.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders for implementation and optimization of lab operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 7+ years of experience working within hospital, health system, or major clinical laboratory information systems (LIS) environments.
Proven experience participating in at least one Epic full-lifecycle clinical system implementation, including system design, validation testing, integrated testing, and live go-live support.
A strong foundational understanding of complex laboratory environments, regulatory requirements, operational workflows, or clinical data structures.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between technical build teams, legacy LIS staff, hospital IT, and clinical/laboratory operational stakeholders.
Certifications:
Valid Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology certification and/or Valid Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology certification and/or Expert-level build and configuration experience in SoftBank LIS environments and/or Enterprise-level Healthcare IT project management experience leading Epic implementations and managing laboratory end-user device rollouts.
