About the role

  • You support our clients, whether for a few months as an interim resource or as an advisory partner on specific projects, bringing structure, clarity and a fresh perspective to their HR Controlling.
  • You build data structures that actually work, help choose the right tools and make workforce cost planning more than just an Excel exercise.
  • Mostly remote; for onboarding or important meetings you will occasionally be on site at the client's location. No day is the same. No client is the same. That’s what makes it interesting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Controlling or Financial Controlling
  • You are passionate about data — you don’t just want to report, you want to understand and shape outcomes
  • Advanced Excel skills, ideally including Power Query
  • Proficient in Power BI or seriously committed to learning it
  • You view AI in the HR context as an opportunity, not a threat, and want to work with it actively
  • People Analytics is not a buzzword for you but a direction you want to grow into
  • Experience with reporting in SAP, Workday or P&I LOGA is a real plus
  • You work independently, communicate clearly and are comfortable in a remote setup
