About the role

  • Precisely analyze, document, and optimize existing IT system landscapes through interactive workshops with clients
  • Support the service desk in 3rd-level support for complex technical inquiries
  • Contribute to presales by assessing sales opportunities and creating compelling IT concepts
  • Drive and deliver Microsoft 365 architecture and implementation projects with a results-oriented approach
  • Design and implement modern solutions in the areas of identity, device management, and security

Requirements

  • Technical vocational training or a (business) computer science degree, or equivalent technical background demonstrated by several years of M365 hands-on experience
  • Initial professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Solid knowledge of the M365 portfolio and experience deploying SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Team player
  • Strong organizational skills and self-initiative
  • Open to continuous learning and further training in the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Identity & Access Management, or experience in IT services related to tax consultancy (preferred)
  • Confident communication in German and good English
  • Residence in Bavaria, Thuringia, Saxony, or Hesse
