About the role
- Assume overall responsibility for all operational finance areas and processes
- Design, harmonize and standardize the financial infrastructure
- Ensure precise and reliable financial reporting
- Ensure data integrity and the quality of financial close in external accounting
- Close coordination with the CFO
- Active participation in group-wide projects
- Manage an expanding scope of responsibilities
Requirements
- Solid, several years of professional experience in external auditing or a comparable finance function
- Degree in economics, business administration or a related field
- High-level end-to-end process design (P2P, O2C, R2R)
- Excellent knowledge of accounting under the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Analytical strength, structured judgement and a strong commitment to quality
- Proven leadership experience
- Willingness to travel to personally support cross-regional teams
- Strong communication skills in German
- Experience in post‑merger integration, change management or process harmonization
