About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead efforts to maximize the profitability of Banco24Horas by identifying opportunities, designing smart solutions, and ensuring the execution of plans that turn analysis into concrete results.
- Serve as the bridge between data, strategy and decision-making — bringing clarity, vision and impact to a product used daily by millions of Brazilians.
- Navigate revenue and cost lines to uncover opportunities.
- Build robust plans, monitor execution and communicate results in an executive, clear and strategic manner.
- Be an active voice in Banco24Horas profitability forums, monitoring and explaining movements in revenue, margins and product performance.
- Create operational, economic and financial models that support the generation of new revenues, efficiency gains and cost reductions.
- Act as strategic support for the commercial team by providing economic analyses, pricing studies and financial insights.
- Gain a deep understanding of customers’ pains and needs, proposing solutions that deliver real economic value to the business and strengthen Banco24Horas’ positioning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience in consulting is a significant advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
- Strong command of financial analysis (DRE/Income Statement, P&L, ROE).
- Power BI (strong advantage).
- Project management experience.
- Pricing of products and services.
- Excellent communication, especially with executive audiences.
- Proactivity, a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical, structured, and results-oriented profile.
