Business Systems Analyst – Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, understand and analyze business requests, ensuring clarity of objectives, pain points and expected outcomes
- Translate business needs into structured functional requirements and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with teams
- Conduct interactions with internal stakeholders and vendors, facilitating decision-making, prioritization and direction of initiatives
- Work end-to-end in the lifecycle of requests, from conception through validation and delivery of business value
- Structure, organize and refine the backlog, detailing user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules
- Support the deployment, maintenance and evolution of solutions based on Salesforce and other SaaS platforms
- Ensure deliverables meet defined requirements, expected quality and strategic objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and solutions, driving operational efficiency, automation and value generation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in corporate environments
- Strong background in back-office systems and processes
- Experience managing and interfacing technically with software/SaaS vendors
- Relevant experience working on Salesforce projects
- Experience with implementation, evolution and support of SaaS platforms
- Solid knowledge of requirements elicitation and modelling (functional and non-functional)
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and technology, facilitating communication and understanding
- Experience with agile practices: backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery tracking
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills in multidisciplinary environments
- Consultative mindset, with the ability to propose process improvements and optimizations
