About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and monitor billing routines and the issuance of service invoices;
Validate fiscal and tax information related to issued invoices;
Analyze withholdings, taxes, and applicable fiscal rules;
Ensure compliance of tax issuances with current legislation;
Create, structure, and automate operational controls in Excel;
Develop advanced spreadsheets and propose process improvements;
Support the development of dashboards and metrics in Power BI;
Prepare management reports and internal controls for operational monitoring;
Identify opportunities to optimize and automate routines;
Support internal teams in monitoring billing, KPIs, and productivity;
Collaborate with finance, tax, and operations teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Prior experience with service billing;
Advanced Excel;
Knowledge of fiscal and tax rules applied to services.
Experience with high-volume billing;
Knowledge of ISS (municipal service tax) and tax withholdings;
Experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA;
Experience with operational indicators and KPIs;
Experience automating processes in Excel;
Knowledge of VBA, Power Query, or Power Automate;
Experience with Power BI.
