About the role
- Receive requests related to the closure or decommissioning of operational units (PA, PAB and similar).
- Analyze the submitted scope and validate essential information to start the process.
- Organize requests by priority, deadlines and complexity.
- Engage approved contractors to perform technical inspections.
- Instruct partners on the expected scope, ensuring alignment before site visits.
- Monitor turnaround times for inspections and cost estimates.
- Receive estimates prepared following the inspections.
- Review items, quantities and services proposed according to the defined scope.
- Price services based on the agreed Unit Price List (LPU) with operations.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with technical and financial criteria.
- Submit revised estimates for approval to the responsible areas.
- Follow up on analysis workflows until final approval.
- After all necessary approvals, formalize contractor release to proceed with the work.
- Schedule execution dates with partners, coordinating access, timelines and operational requirements.
- Manage overall project progress: monitoring, adjustments, communication and deadlines.
- Ensure quality of execution and adherence to the approved scope.
- Record and report progress, deviations and deliverables throughout the activity.
- Prepare and maintain tracking spreadsheets (status, costs, timelines and KPIs).
- Prepare technical reports, photographic records and documentation according to operational standards.
- Upload and attach documents to internal systems (including SAP).
- Ensure the full documentation flow is complete for closing the activity.
- Act as the point of contact between internal areas and partner contractors.
- Provide up-to-date status on inspections, estimates and construction activities.
- Ensure clarity, agility and accuracy in communications and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Electrical or related fields), Construction Management, Civil Construction or similar areas.
- Experience in construction management, technical services or operations.
- Experience analyzing estimates and interfacing with suppliers.
- Organized profile with strong communication skills and a good sense of prioritization.
- Experience with unit closures or demobilization.
- Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office or other corporate systems.
- Experience in Facilities, Infrastructure or Operations areas.
- Knowledge of LPU (Unit Price List) and cost control.
