About the role

  • Manage and develop the Apprenticeship and Internship programs, supporting the training of new talent.
  • Lead and support initiatives focused on women and people with disabilities (PwD).
  • Support succession processes, contributing to talent mapping and development.
  • Plan and execute Assessment processes, supporting development and potential decisions.
  • Participate in Education & Development (ED) programs, supporting learning paths, activities, and corporate initiatives.
  • Lead and monitor Outplacement processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Support Career AsTO Brazil initiatives, strengthening career paths and internal mobility.
  • Organize and facilitate Performance Management and People Forum activities, supporting strategic analyses and discussions.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze the Engagement Survey, supporting action plans and continuous improvement.
  • Support termination processes, particularly flows related to ED and employee support actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in Organizational Development and people programs.
  • Experience with development, succession, diversity, engagement, and assessment.
  • Analytical, organized profile with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Consultative approach when working with leaders and partner areas.
