About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a bridge between the data team and business areas
Analyze usage patterns and propose improvements to dashboards and KPIs
Monitor data collection performance and provide ongoing support for tool evolution
Test and validate dashboards, KPIs and data pipelines
Gather and document requirements with stakeholders
Create and maintain specification documents (BRD, business rules, process flows, user stories)
Ensure dashboards reflect strategic KPIs
Map AS IS processes and propose TO BE improvements
Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on data
Validate data consistency and investigate anomalies
Participate in agile ceremonies
Prepare test plans and test case tables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Power BI – filters, DAX, relationships, bookmarks, RLS
SQL – queries for data validation
Databricks / Spark – basic understanding of data architecture and operation
Excel / PowerPoint – for executive presentations and supplementary analyses
Knowledge of requirements/test management tools (Azure DevOps)
Data testing techniques: source-to-target comparison, integrity and completeness validation
Experience creating test plans, test cases and functional validation scripts
Advanced English for communication with global teams
