About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents using Python and CrewAI/CrewAI Enterprise.
  • Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows to automate corporate processes.
  • Publish, deploy, and manage agents in CrewAI Enterprise environments.
  • Develop custom tools integrating REST APIs, databases, and messaging (Service Bus).
  • Implement advanced Prompt Engineering strategies, agent memory systems, RAG, and inter-agent collaboration.
  • Work on integrations between agents and enterprise systems.
  • Develop asynchronous code using async/await.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, observability, and performance optimization of agents in production.
  • Create automated tests to ensure solution quality and stability.
  • Use Git for version control following GitFlow best practices and Azure DevOps.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with global teams in English.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience developing AI agents using CrewAI or CrewAI Enterprise.
  • Strong experience with Python.
  • Solid experience in Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience building REST APIs in Python using FastAPI.
  • Experience with automated testing in Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of asynchronous programming (async/await).
  • Familiarity with LLMs.
  • Knowledge of agent memory systems (short- and long-term).
