About the role

  • Support customer account blocking and unblocking processes
  • Perform basic credit analyses according to established policies
  • Handle customers with between 20 and 200 CNPJ numbers (Brazilian company tax IDs)
  • Support credit bureau inquiries and internal controls
  • Maintain up-to-date operational records and reports
  • Assist the team in executing the established credit methodology

Requirements

  • Previous experience in credit operations, customer registration analysis, or related areas
  • Basic knowledge of credit analysis and risk controls
  • Experience in high-volume operational environments
  • Proficiency with control tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems)
