About the role
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives
- Gather, document, and prioritize requirements and service expectations
- Collaborate with delivery teams to plan, execute, and continuously improve solutions or services
- Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams
- Promote adoption and continuous improvement of delivered solutions or services
- Maintain clear, accessible, and reusable documentation
- Lead or support team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth, when applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (IT-related fields are a plus)
- Solid experience with IT systems
- Strong ability to understand and translate business requirements
- Familiarity with delivery processes, project management methodologies, or service management practices
- Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools
- Basic understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, or operational workflows
- Experience with ongoing application monitoring and issue resolution
- Knowledge of incident management tools, such as ServiceNow, for application support
- Advanced English for meetings, presentations, and user support.
