About the role
- Structure and sustain the operational governance model for initiatives.
- Organize requests, priorities, deadlines, and owners.
- Support the financial monitoring of initiatives, costs, and impacts.
- Create executive-level views of status, risks, and decisions.
- Serve as a link between finance, leadership, and other areas.
- Support decision-making with clear, well-organized information.
- Operate in environments with low systems maturity, using manual controls (Excel/Google Sheets).
Requirements
- Practical experience in GMO (Operational Model Management), PMO, or Governance, with strong interface with finance and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Experience in structuring and sustaining operational governance models, including defining workflows, responsibilities, priorities, and tracking rituals.
- Ability to organize requests, deadlines, owners, and risks, ensuring visibility and execution discipline.
- Experience in the financial tracking of initiatives, including cost control, impact assessment, and decision-support.
- Skill in consolidating financial and operational information and turning it into clear executive views focused on status, risks, and decisions.
- Experience acting as a link between finance teams, leadership, and other teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented profile with an ownership mindset over deliverables, going beyond mere organization or reporting.
- Comfortable working in unstructured environments with low systems maturity and absence of consolidated tools.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for manual controls, analyses, and consolidations.
- Autonomy, professional maturity, and the ability to anticipate needs by providing ready-made solutions and materials without constant direction.
