About the role
- Execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, and display networks
- Own campaigns from kick-off through launch, maintaining clear timelines, and driving results
- Collaborate with internal creative, content and growth marketing teams
- Support the full ad creative lifecycle
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and budget pacing daily
- Provide thoughtful rationale for strategic decision making
- Document campaign strategies, performance insights, and project updates
- Work closely with Marketing Operations, Sales, etc.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the paid media space
- Help maintain operational excellence
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media
- Strong analytical skills
- familiarity across tools like GA4, Marketo, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Adept at QA and campaign troubleshooting
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in B2B marketing and demand generation is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
