Director, Customer Success Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive operational excellence across the Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Expansion organizations.
- Oversee strategic projects and prepare executive level communications.
- Own and execute the CS operating rhythm, including CS All Hands, board meeting prep, and weekly meetings.
- Generate executive summaries of Customer Success programs and initiatives.
- Implement a robust Voice of Customer Program to drive improvements in performance metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years Leadership experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Well versed in AI trends.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solver.
- Executive communication skills; written and verbal.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment.
- Healthcare or Healthcare SaaS experience is a strong plus.
