Help lead the design and development of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly BI solutions
Develop and optimize data models, data flows, and processes
Integrate and develop AI-driven modeling into BI architectures
Ensure the performance and scalability of BI tools
Engage with business leaders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications
Design, implement, and optimize complex reports and dashboards
Work closely with data engineers to integrate data sources
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to BI platforms
Lead efforts to improve BI tools, processes, and standards
Create and maintain thorough documentation for BI solutions
Provide technical mentorship to junior team members
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making

Requirements

BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, or analytics
Expertise in BI/reporting software (Power BI, Tableau)
Strong SQL knowledge (T-SQL, PL/SQL)
In-depth understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Proficient in data analysis, statistical techniques, and study design
Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize BI solutions
Experience working in industries with large-scale data infrastructure (Healthcare, Finance, Tech, etc.) is a plus
Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI certifications are highly preferred
