• The HR Analyst will play a role in optimizing our HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a subject matter expert and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data, providing actionable insights, and supporting various HR initiatives and processes.
• Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems through data analysis and best practices.
• Collaborate with the People Team and other teams as necessary to implement process enhancements and automation solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems through regular audits and maintenance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, and HCM modules.
• Support Workday business processes, configuration, and data maintenance related to Benefits, Payroll, and HCM.
