Manage B2C customer queries on a daily basis via social media, email, and phone
Expedite customer and order-related queries to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to enhance customer experience and engagement
Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for the customer service function
Monitor and manage customer relationships through CRM systems
Process and manage B2B sales orders for Irish and export retailers and distributors
Track orders through to delivery and liaise with relevant stakeholders as required

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and social channels
Advanced MS Office and strong general IT skills
2–3 years’ experience working with ERP/CRM systems
2–3 years’ experience in online customer service or a retail environment
Experience with export B2B order processing and customs knowledge is an advantage
