About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a defined territory across non-DI college with a primary focus on EMR and S&C product lines
- Lead practitioner-level conversations with Head of Performance, Head Athletic Trainers, S&C Coaches, Sports Medicine staff, and program administrators
- Build pipeline from the ground up, leveraging your existing network, conference presence, and referral relationships
- Conduct needs-based discovery that speaks to the real operational pressures facing non-DI performance departments
- Partner with the Customer Success team on onboarding, early adoption, and renewal conversations within your accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Firsthand experience using EMR software, injury documentation, return-to-play tracking, athlete health records, either as a user or administrator
- Direct, hands-on experience working in a non-DI college sports performance environment, as an Athletic Trainer, S&C Coach, Sports Medicine professional, or similar role
- Practical understanding of how S&C departments operate, program design, load monitoring, athlete management, and the data infrastructure that supports it
- Comfortable selling to budget-conscious buyers who need to see clear, immediate value
