About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow a pipeline of DI prospects across the full Performance category
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with Directors of Athletic Performance, Head Athletic Trainers, and sport administrators
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion and renewal opportunities within existing DI accounts
  • Represent Teamworks at DI-specific industry events, conferences, and site visits
  • Provide market intelligence back to product and marketing based on your practitioner network and field experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on senior leadership experience inside a Division I athletics program or a national/state high-performance institute, in any sport
  • Deep firsthand understanding of how DI programs actually make budget and purchasing decisions
  • A Masters degree in a Performance-related Sports discipline
  • A natural networker with existing relationships across the DI performance community
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, target-driven environment while managing a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
