About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow a pipeline of DI prospects across the full Performance category
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with Directors of Athletic Performance, Head Athletic Trainers, and sport administrators
- Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion and renewal opportunities within existing DI accounts
- Represent Teamworks at DI-specific industry events, conferences, and site visits
- Provide market intelligence back to product and marketing based on your practitioner network and field experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on senior leadership experience inside a Division I athletics program or a national/state high-performance institute, in any sport
- Deep firsthand understanding of how DI programs actually make budget and purchasing decisions
- A Masters degree in a Performance-related Sports discipline
- A natural networker with existing relationships across the DI performance community
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, target-driven environment while managing a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
