About the role
- Own the onboarding and implementation process for H2F practitioners and units, driving activation rates, time-to-first-value, and practitioner engagement benchmarks from day one
- Build trusted relationships with H2F stakeholders at every level, from mental, spiritual and performance providers to brigade leadership and program administrators
- Execute training programs tailored to military audiences, connecting Teamworks Hub, AMS, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning capabilities directly to H2F mission readiness outcomes
- Monitor product engagement and usage data across your assigned accounts, identifying patterns, surfacing friction points, and driving proactive intervention before churn becomes a risk
- Translate field learnings into actionable feedback for Product, Support, and Tactical leadership, ensuring our platform continues to evolve alongside H2F program needs
- Standardize and document onboarding frameworks and playbooks that can scale as the H2F portfolio expands rapidly across new units and brigades
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sport and other verticals, sharing best practices and contributing to a unified approach to product success at Teamworks
- Travel to base or on-site locations as needed to support in-person implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Experience managing customer or stakeholder relationships in a performance, military, or healthcare setting, with the ability to operate independently across a large book of business
- Demonstrated experience onboarding or implementing technology solutions in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
- Experience working with at least one Teamworks product including Hub, AMS, Nutrition, or Strength and Conditioning
- Strong communication skills with both practitioner-level users and leadership-level stakeholders, with the ability to adapt your style to the audience
- Ability to travel to base or on-site locations and obtain a government Common Access Card (CAC) and other required credentials
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where priorities shift and self-direction is essential.
