About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Performance products, from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and iteration
- Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with Performance category strategy, team OKRs, and business objectives
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to translate product requirements into actionable work and ship high-quality features on committed timelines
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Platform teams without formal authority
- Identify and prioritize features that unlock platform-level value through cross-product integrations and shared workflows
- Maintain deep customer and market understanding through ongoing discovery with strength coaches, dietitians, athletic trainers, and sport scientists
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously optimize product outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience owning the full product lifecycle for complex software products
- Strong product execution skills, with a track record of shipping high-quality features on committed timelines
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and navigating ambiguity
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate strategy, trade-offs, and outcomes to diverse audiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics and measuring product impact
- Experience building products in sports performance, health, or related domains (Nice-to-haves)
- Working knowledge of strength & conditioning, sports nutrition, athletic training, or sports science workflows (Nice-to-haves)
- Technical fluency to engage credibly with Engineering on architecture, APIs, data models, and trade-offs (Nice-to-haves)
- Experience building or integrating platform products with shared services and APIs (Nice-to-haves)
- Familiarity with enterprise or B2B SaaS products serving complex, multi-role customer environments (Nice-to-haves).
