About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical requirements, and delivery capacity
- Translate customer, business, and technical insights into clear requirements, user stories, and sprint-ready work
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions through agile development practices
- Drive the evolution of Remote Support, Remote Access, and AI-powered support experiences, including automation and agentic workflows
- Define success metrics and use product data, customer feedback, and operational insights to improve adoption, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Align stakeholders across the organization on priorities, trade-offs, roadmap execution, and release readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within agile software development
- Strong experience managing backlogs, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and driving cross-functional delivery
- Ability to translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical concepts into actionable product requirements
- Familiarity with AI-powered products, workflow automation, or agentic experiences, including responsible AI considerations
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, remote support, IT operations, security, or related technology domains
