About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support testing activities for new features, product improvements, and bug fixes
- Execute manual and exploratory tests across web-based applications and services
- Document, reproduce, and track software defects
- Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test documentation
- Work closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure high product quality
- Participate in Agile team ceremonies and collaborate with international teams
- Learn software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Gain exposure to test automation and modern quality engineering approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interest in software quality, testing, and technology
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of software testing principles, including manual testing techniques
- Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect reporting processes is a plus
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, and/or iOS environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Basic understanding of software development concepts is a nice to have
- First experience with programming or scripting languages is a nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile development practices is a nice to have
- Interest in test automation and AI-assisted development tools is a nice to have
- Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar platforms is a nice to have
