About the role
- Support the product team in shaping the future of our platform
- Work on the core building blocks that shape TeamViewer products used by millions
- Evaluate current product features and performance, identify gaps and opportunities
- Create clear and compelling presentations, product documentation, and internal updates
- Perform research in support of strategic initiatives and topics
- Contribute ideas and opinions on product direction, usability, and prioritization
Requirements
- Business informatics / computer science / marketing or related background
- Passion for analyzing products, customer needs and market dynamics
- Able to translate customer insights into actionable deliverables for engineering teams
- Proficient in research tools, office suite, experience with ticketing solutions (JIRA), UX design tools (Figma / Sketch)
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Team player and good communicator
- Ability to work independently on tasks
