Field Marketing Manager
TeamViewerField Marketing Manager driving demand generation and brand awareness in Japan for TeamViewer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for TeamViewer solutions across Japan.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales objectives, aligning demand generation activities accordingly.
- Utilize a mix of marketing channels and tactics, including events, webinar, digital marketing, relevant content, and social media to reach target audiences effectively.
- Own end-to-end campaign management, including campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to localize and adapt global campaigns for regional relevance, considering cultural nuances and market preferences.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including campaign effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices for demand generation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the technology/software industry.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results and achieving targets.
- Conversational or business level in English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region for events and meetings.
