About the role

  • Design and execute hands-on demand generation campaigns targeting SMB and free-user segments to grow market demand and product adoption
  • Apply a growth-hacking mindset to experiment with unconventional marketing tactics, channels, and campaign formats that push performance
  • Develop innovative strategies to expand market presence and win back market share from competitors
  • Build compelling campaign messaging, value propositions, and marketing assets tailored to SMB audiences and their buying journeys
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimise across channels using data-driven insights and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Retention, Events) to amplify campaign impact
  • Identify new opportunities to drive demand, product adoption, and market engagement through creative and scalable marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in a SaaS or technology company
  • Proven track record executing hands-on campaigns that drive market demand and pipeline growth in competitive environments
  • Experience working in B2B subscription-based models, ideally with SMB or product-led growth motions
  • Strong growth mindset with a passion for experimentation and testing new approaches
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into impactful marketing actions
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver who enjoys challenging traditional marketing tactics
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality of execution
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as German are a plus
