About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced and organized SaaS Implementation Project Coordinator to take full ownership of client software implementation projects.
  • In this role, you will be the primary lead responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • You will drive the entire lifecycle—from kickoff to go-live—coordinating internal resources and acting as the main point of contact for our clients.
  • This role is critical in driving initial customer adoption and ensuring a flawless delivery experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management or coordination, specifically within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated ability to run projects autonomously without day-to-day supervision.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes.
