About the role
- Independently manage the full project lifecycle for assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope; manage any changes to the project plan and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Direct internal technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure resources are aligned and tasks are executed efficiently.
- Provide regular status updates to clients, managing expectations and building trusted relationships throughout the engagement.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including status reports, project plans, risk logs, and change orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in project management or coordination, specifically within a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to run projects autonomously without day-to-day supervision.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering positive business outcomes.
