About the role
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of three Field Marketing Managers (East, West, Central) to execute region-specific marketing strategies.
- Align team goals with overall business objectives, ensuring each region's unique needs and challenges are addressed.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that drives performance and professional growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy to drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement.
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with sales goals and effectively support pipeline growth.
- Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, conferences, and professional networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives that bring sales teams and customers together, enhancing customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
- Leverage customer insights to tailor marketing activities that address specific regional needs and pain points.
- Design and implement lead generation programs that contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts.
- Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to align field marketing efforts with overall company initiatives.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to attend conferences, customer meetings, and team events across the Americas.
