About the role

  • Develop and maintain onboarding and induction for sales training for all new TeamViewer staff in the Americas region
  • Support sales & customer support teams by sharing product and process knowledge
  • Liaise with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs, skills gaps, and areas for development and improvement
  • Determine and evaluate key performance indicators (KPI’s) to ensure learning outcomes are measured against increased performance and revenue
  • Collaborate with counterparts in our German HQ, to relay feedback and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of training content

Requirements

  • Experience training in a professional classroom environment, as well as on-the-job coaching, ideally within the IT industry
  • Approachable personality, with a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to relay information with consideration for culturally and linguistically diverse teams
  • High level of technical skill and knowledge, with the ability to carry out demonstrations for people of all skill levels and learning styles
  • Previous eLearn design experience is advantageous
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, to adjust priorities as required
