About the role
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Adelaide office, while also supporting other APAC locations as required
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal events and corporate engagements, including in-house activities, team luncheons, celebrations, and regional conferences
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management, liaising with building management, maintenance teams, and external service providers
- Manage domestic and international travel coordination for employees, ensuring cost efficiency and policy compliance
- Oversee and support the end-to-end procurement process (demand-to-pay) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Maintain, manage, and continuously enhance supplier and vendor management frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, cost optimisation, delivery timelines, and stakeholder experience, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a corporate office management, workplace operations, or administrative support role within a professional or corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate setting, with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and relevant corporate collaboration and communication platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership and external partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in representing the office and acting as a professional point of contact
