About the role

  • Lead and manage the Inside Sales Team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals and team KPIs.
  • Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure peak performance.
  • Design and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market trends, and any challenges or opportunities.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of inside sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Mastery of sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics software.
  • Expertise in analyzing sales data to drive performance improvements and optimize sales strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales training programs.
  • Independence in managing daily operations and driving the inside sales team's success.
  • Direct responsibility for achieving sales targets, team KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French is preferred.
