About the role

  • Be the good soul of the Adelaide office and provide a hands-on service mentality to local staff
  • Handle procurement activities for a wide range of services and products, such as IT- and office supplies; external services like consultancy, training agreements or marketing activities together with an active sourcing part
  • Provide administrative support to the Adelaide office and assist other APAC locations
  • Plan in-house activities, luncheons, parties, celebrations, and conferences
  • Liaise with facility maintenance and applicable building vendors
  • Travel Management- assist with domestic and international travel for staff
  • Accompany our internal end-to-end procurement process from “demand to pay” in close cooperation with the requesting departments
  • Maintain and develop our supplier-management processes
  • Working on continuously improving service parameters, costs, quality and delivery in working closely with our internal requestors as well as supplier.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support functions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
