About the role
- Be the good soul of the Adelaide office and provide a hands-on service mentality to local staff
- Handle procurement activities for a wide range of services and products, such as IT- and office supplies; external services like consultancy, training agreements or marketing activities together with an active sourcing part
- Provide administrative support to the Adelaide office and assist other APAC locations
- Plan in-house activities, luncheons, parties, celebrations, and conferences
- Liaise with facility maintenance and applicable building vendors
- Travel Management- assist with domestic and international travel for staff
- Accompany our internal end-to-end procurement process from “demand to pay” in close cooperation with the requesting departments
- Maintain and develop our supplier-management processes
- Working on continuously improving service parameters, costs, quality and delivery in working closely with our internal requestors as well as supplier.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support functions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
