About the role
- Develop and lead the field marketing strategy for France and other assigned markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional priorities.
- Plan and deliver high-impact activities—such as executive events, trade shows, VIP experiences, and digital programs—that deepen account engagement and support pipeline creation and expansion.
- Partner closely with sales, broader marketing teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and maximize the effectiveness of all initiatives.
- Manage budgets responsibly, ensuring cost-efficient program delivery with measurable ROI.
- Analyse program results, generate actionable insights, and optimize activities based on data and business outcomes.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiations, and all logistics required to deliver flawless field marketing programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience across France and other European markets, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Proven success in designing and executing targeted programs and enterprise events that generate meaningful pipeline.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and sales leaders.
- Highly organized, analytical, and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in French and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Monday.com and Cvent is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing practices.
