About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer engagement
  • Conduct Customer Account Reviews (CARs) and share insights and recommendations
  • Support renewals and identify growth opportunities in partnership with Sales
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
  • Coordinate with Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues and improve outcomes

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working with customer data, health metrics, and feedback
  • Customer-first mindset with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
