About the role
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the youth sports and recreational organization markets.
- Engage Customers: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and product demonstrations to educate prospects about TeamSnap’s offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value to customers.
- Be a product expert: Conduct web-based demos, uncover customer needs, and articulate our value proposition.
- Maintain CRM discipline: Accurately track activities and pipelines in Salesforce.

Requirements
